To register for this conference (please note- your registration is not complete until we receive your payment):

1. If you are a family member and would like to request childcare at the conference, please call Medical Home Plus at (804) 330-5030 to request childcare before submitting your registration

5. Pay your registration fee

Registration fees for this conference are:

• $195 for Physicians

• $100 for members of the Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics

• $100 for other professionals

• $25 for family members and direct caregivers (scholarships are available for family members - to apply, call Medical Home Plus at (804) 330-5030)
